Do I need to separate my clothes?

We would ask that you separate items that will receive differing services (e.g wash only, wash and iron etc) into different bags before bring them in. In the event of any whites needing a separate wash, please separate them also. Please also separate whites that you would like washed separately. Please note that less than 5 white shirts would result in individual charges applying as they will need to be washed separately.

How long will it take for me to get my items back once dropped to you?

We ask for a 7 day turnaround from when the item(s) are dropped off. This is often sooner but cannot be guaranteed. We cannot offer same day turn around.

What services do you offer?

Here at Laundry Fox we offer a wide range of services including dry cleaning formal and business wear, laundry and ironing for your everyday clothes and shirts and cleaning of household items, including duvets, sofa covers and curtains.

What items can you dry clean?

Literally everything from causal wear, formal wear and even wedding dresses. We have in excess of 50 chemicals to ensure that we can remove even the most stubborn of stains.

How will you clean my duvet?

We are specialists in duvet laundering. Whether your duvet is feather or polyester, we will clean it the safest way and return it in duvet packaging, ready for you to simply unpack and use again.

What is moth damage and how do I prevent it?

Cloths moths damage cloths by feeding on fabric. Although they favour wool, they will consume anything from silk to feathers. Keeping humidity els low and filling any gaps in the buildings exterior to prevent the months coming into your home are the proactive steps you can take to minimise this risk.
